Ioana Hulbert

Ioana G. Hulbert is a researcher on Ithaka S+R’s Organizations & Talent team, where she focuses on organizational strategy and change management issues affecting higher education institutions. A political scientist by training, Hulbert’s expertise is in quantitative methods, particularly survey design and methodology. Prior to joining Ithaka S+R, Hulbert worked as a senior analyst in institutional research at the University of New England (ME). Hulbert holds a Bachelor of Arts in political science from the University of New England, and a Ph.D. in political science from Northeastern University (MA).
