Maria Khader

Maria Khader is managing director at TIAA, a Fortune 100 financial services organization and leading provider of asset management and retirement services for the academic, research, medical, and cultural fields.

Khader is part of the Enterprise Sales team responsible for bringing the overall TIAA/Nuveen capabilities to valued institutional clients. She began her financial services career in 1993 and has been with TIAA since 2014.

Khader serves on the boards of the Armory Center for the Arts, Junior Achievement of Southern California, and the Pasadena Educational Foundation. She also is involved in college access planning and the Corporate Social Responsibility committee for TIAA.

Khader holds a master’s degree in economics from Florida State University and did her postgraduate work in microeconomics at Claremont Graduate University (CA). She holds FINRA Series 6 and 63 registrations while maintaining life, health, and variable annuity licenses from the state of California. Additionally, Khader has obtained the Chartered Retirement Plans Specialist designation.
